第一個對Apple與AT&T提出的iPhone 4 集體訴訟。

根據GIZMODO的報導，第一個以iPhone 4 問題對Apple與AT&T提起的集體訴訟目前已經送交美國馬里蘭地方法院，目前訴訟集中在天線問題，索賠包含：

General Negligence (APPLE and AT&T)
一般過失 。

Defect in Design, Manufacture, and Assembly (APPLE)
在設計、製造與組裝上的缺陷。

Breach of Express Warranty (APPLE)
違反明示的保證。

Breach of Implied Warranty for Merchantability (APPLE and AT&T)
違反商品性默示保證。

Breach of Implied Warranty of Fitness for a Particular Purpose (APPLE and AT&T)
違反特定用途適合性的默示保證。

Deceptive Trade Practices (APPLE and AT&T)
欺騙貿易行為。

Intentional Misrepresentation (APPLE and AT&T)
蓄意誤導。

Negligent Misrepresentation (APPLE and AT&T)
疏忽不實陳述。

Fraud by Concealment (APPLE and AT&T)
隱藏的詐欺行為。
